Submission of an application does not create any obligation for investment, funding, partnership, employment, or compensation.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, systems, processes, methodologies, frameworks, software, and materials used within the Services are owned by Makena Venture Studio or its affiliates, unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

• or commercially exploit

4. SUBMITTED IDEAS & CONFIDENTIALITY

By submitting an application, pitch, or idea, you acknowledge that:

• You retain ownership of your original idea

• Makena may review, analyze, and internally use submitted information for evaluation purposes

• Submission does not create confidentiality obligations unless explicitly agreed in writing

• Similar ideas may already exist within Makena or its ecosystem

We are not liable for any alleged similarity between your idea and any Makena-developed or third-party project.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

• use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes

• submit false, misleading, or duplicate applications

• attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our systems

• scrape, extract, or misuse data from our platform

• impersonate any person or entity

6. PAYMENTS & COMMERCIAL TERMS (IF APPLICABLE)

If any Services involve payment:

• fees will be clearly displayed prior to purchase

• payments may be one-time or subscription-based

• all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

These Terms apply equally to all such affiliated entities where Services are delivered under the Makena ecosystem.

We are not responsible for third-party platforms, tools, or services linked or integrated with our Services.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.
